THEY TAKE TO LONG & MY FOOD IS COLD. get better please . love mcdonald’s though .
The place was so unorganized with workers all over the place and even getting into arguments with customers and not even understanding the needs and wants since English was not their first language which obviously showed. This place needs an audit to make sure it's following the restaurant's standards.
This time I ordered through Uber Eats. They forgot my large fries. My grandson and I are disappointed. Why can't they get this correct Ordered through grubhub. A sandwich and drink were missing. I was refunded, but someone didn't get their meal.
Customer service is probably the worst out of all the McDonald’s in the city. Avoid going here at all cost. Go to the next closest chain or another fast food restaurant all together
The manager at 8pm on 2/17 did nothing to help me but try to make me wait 15 min to retake my order because none there knows how to use or enter the mobile app codes this is like the 5th time going here and they dont know how to use the compter at counter they need training and new staff try to avoid coming here
Fast and friendly service compared to most McDonald's I've been to lately. The only downside to this location is the homeless guy who walks through the drive-thru asking for money. There should be a way to stop this from happening. The associate working the drive-thru window told me that the guy gets very rude and follows the customers to the window if they don't give him money. Luckily for me, I was already at the window before he reached my car so I didn't experience this but McDonald's needs to do something about this.
