McChicken was hard as a rock. Employees are very rude and unprofessional. Making us wait 20 minutes, just because they don't like us. Yelling rude and mean things to my child, in the restaurant. You say extra pickles, only to end up with none. So much is wrong there. Needs a complete new staff. People who aren't jerks and do a good job.
My first job was at a McDonald's. We were required to say please and thank you, to our fellow employees when making requests to the kitchen crew. Our being friendly and polite to our customers was not an option. When we gave customers their change, we said thank you, have a nice day/evening. This McDonald's, not unlike many of the others these days, had sulky, rude, disgruntled acting people at both windows in the drive thru. I could barely hear the girl taking my order and asked her if she could please speak up a little. She did not. When I pulled up to pay her she said the amount of my order and took my money. She didn't utter another word. She handed me my change and closed the window. At the next window, I was handed my drink and food and again, not a word. I am fed up with prices going up and rude ,unfriendly, unwelcoming employees becoming the new norm. It appears all that is required of employees is to show up! I am all for growing and moving forward. In this case however , I think a little old school customer service would be great!
Took 20 minutes to get my food and all I get is sorry sir. All I heard the entire time was the manager yelling at employees to get door dash orders finished. Didn’t care about people inside waiting for their food.
Waited 5 minutes at the drive through order screen without more than a "hold on please". Just wanted a coke to drink, nothing fancy. Decided to just go inside which was faster. Seems to be an issue of not having enough people at work, not with the ones who are there working.
Food was decent for McDonald's. We had a big order which took them about as long as expected. Then they literally just threw everything in the bag.
