Going on 2 weeks now, the drive-through takes forever. I get there at 6:15am and leave the drive-through at 6:40. Lady at the window says there are only 2 workers, so she is having to take orders, then run to the front and build the orders and drinks, and give it to the customer. Our order was wrong, and hash browns were so under cooked that they stuck to the inside of the sleve and fell apart when trying to remove them to eat.
Hot, quick, friendly. Thank you!
As always my experience is great all the time. The employees are friendly rather I'm going through the drive thru or inside. They always give a cheerful smile
I rarely write bad reviews, but quite regularly this Mcdonalds ticks off more people than it serves, drive thru times are ridiculous, drive through accuracy is hit or miss. Rarely do the employees smile or greet people with anything other than a robotic greeting. They need to retrain the entire staff, retrain all the Managers, or just shut the store down. In the past they were ok, lately it is always messed up. If I was the owner I would sell the store, if I was Mcdonalds Corporate, I would take the store away, or close it down. I guarantee they leave more people unhappy than they do happy. Stay away if you want an accurate order quickly.
Ordered curbside at 930pm. 30 minutes later, I was still waiting for my order. The app stated that the order was complete, so I went inside. Staff seemed overwhelmed with no one on the register. Eventually, I had to project my voice into the prep area to get some assistance. I quickly explained my order issue, and the employee confirmed my curbside spot. Apparently, they had my food sitting in a hidden warmer behind registers for an unknown amount of time. I'm just surprised when fast food is not fast and the staff act like that is the norm.
