McDonald's

I ordered a few of my favorite breakfast sandwiches from McDonald's, along with a few other items, and ended up spending a total of $30. At McDonald's, I like to enjoy my food with some "grape jam," so I requested some with my order. Since it was a to-go order, I was excited to have my breakfast at home. However, to my disappointment, when I arrived home, I discovered that the grape jam they had given me was already opened. The package had been opened from one of the corners as seen on the image below. I was extremely disappointed and couldn't believe that the employees hadn't realized what they were handing me. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to the location as it was a to-go order. This incident ruined my breakfast experience, as I was unable to enjoy my favorite sandwich with my grape jam. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with McDonald's for this matter. Thank you.

It's nothing special.

Today is the 3rd time in two weeks that I got home to find that what was in the bag was not what I ordered. HOW HARD CAN IT BE? Next visit I ordered big breakfast with hot cakes... no hash browns in bag, hot cakes were so tough that I had to cut them with a knife. This location is pathetic!
