Pretty fast and nice staff!

Ordered on the app cause my kids wanted shamrock shakes. Ordered food as well. Drove there and it didn't seem busy from the looks of the parking lot. Go inside and it's a combination of teenage employees yelling the f word, employees telling customers they shouldn't eat here and mad customers that just want their food. They inform me the shake machine is down but they are still serving ice creme? I paid almost 12.00 for shakes that was already charged to my card and they acted like it was a problem when I asked for a refund for them. My total time from ordering to leaving was almost a half hour. This location is by far the worst mcdonalds I've ever experienced. It's like they try to be the worst.

It’s not what it use to be. Order: Chrispy chicken patty and a 4 pc Chicken nugget happy meal. Time: 20 min Manager overwhelmed and not helpful. Employees: Overwhelmed and don’t know how to help. Food received: 2 pc of SPICY CHICKEN 4 pc Nuggets. Stale plan fries. Disappoint: massive by myself and all the others waiting with me for our mediocre food. I get that it’s ment to be fast food but it was neither fast nor good.

Not as good as usual this day. Food flavor still decent but was Luke warm at best. Friendly employee.

Fries were cold and old. Worst fries ever. The buns were stale and crunchy.

If I could less than one I would. It all started after getting to the pick up window and they telling they didn’t have chocolate shakes and asked what my wife would want instead. We said nothing please refund our order so we can go to another location. They started to argue amongst themself on doing a refund. The very young manager finally showed up and offered to fox the shake so we agreed. Well as you can see their ability to make shakes got lost in training somewhere. After parking to eat we found the fries to be very undercooked and cool. We went back in and advised them of that. The person at the counter said just a minute. All I could hear after that were a bunch of kids playing around in the back. After a couple of minutes the manager appeared again and told them all to shut up. She the. Offered to drop new fries. That was the only saving grace at this location.
