I only go jets because I kid loves the nuggets and my Ms love the frappes but the customer service is nothing like it used to be they're rude impatient and they rushy when I work there as a kid it was all about smiles and customer service now all they care about is getting you out and being as weird as they can and my orders always messed up I'm always missing something

It's McDonald's, consistent and clean.

I tried to use my mobile app in the drive-through, it said that my reward code was invalid, and I could not pull up another code for 15 minutes. The lady at the window went the extra miles for me, and downloaded the app and used her own code. It was literally the sweetest thing. It really is the small things and I appreciate her so much.

If I could give it a zero would their piss poor attitude was uncalled for. not only that they were ignoring the second drive-through lane completely ignoring it. Went to get my food lady couldn’t even speak. Was extremely rude Should really teacher employees some customer service manners. I waited over 20 minutes to just order my food……

This is quite possibly the worst McDonalds in the Bay Area. Every time I come here, I wait FOREVER. I once had to wait for an hour for fries. After 30 minutes I wanted a refund. 39 minutes after I asked, someone finally came up to the register with my fries. Everyone here is so clueless. There is absolutely no communication between employees there and it shows.

Ordered chicken nuggets, told to pull around and wait. Waited 25 minutes cashier comes out saying the cooks demanded to see my receipt because they lost my order. Lady leaves another 10 minutes goes by kids (workers). Inside playing laughing, employee that dropped off food was rude I asked if this was my order she laughed saying I don't see anyone else here. So basically wasted 35 minutes as the manager and teenage people that work there laughed and played around. Very unprofessional, rude and condescending staff. I expect more from Costa employees.

Ask for a sec Mcgriddle meal and got a sausage McGriddle no eggs or cheese and was charged for everything separately instead the meal price. Worst experience ever
