As far as getting food from a fast food restaurant goes, it was a five out of five. There was no one in the drive thru line, I pulled right up to the order screen, placed my order, pulled up and paid using the little card reader they have set up outside of the drive thru window so you personally can insert or tap or swipe your own card, then pulled up and got my food. Everything was correct and also hot and fresh. I couldn't of asked for anything more out of getting food from McDonalds. I couldn't rank the atmosphere as I didn't go in, but the outside looks nice, the drive thru has two lanes to order, so I'm sure the inside is well kept and I would eat inside if the occasion called for it. All in all would recommend this place for anyone looking for fast, fresh, easy, correct, fast food. Parking: There was barely anyone here so plenty of parking and no one in the drive thru. With the proximity to downtown district of St. Augustine, would be a good place to go where you wouldn't have to fight for parking if you were looking for somewhere to get fast food in the area.
When it was $2 for a sandwich it was acceptable. You knew the food was going to taste bad at best, but at least it was cheap. Now I can't bother myself to ever come here. Why would I spend $8 on some garbage fries and a burger I regret buying with every bite I take. Don't waste your money, spend $2 and get a burger from a sit down restaurant that does takeout

Quick bite during the day is great. It's the evening when service is extremely slow and the food quality isn't the best. I'll stick to mornings dine in.Food: 3/5 | Service: 3/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
My food was fixed as it was requested to be fixed and the gentleman that took my order also made my salt free fries. I did not care too much for the snide remarks by Robin one of the shift managers who stated she did not care who I was or how many times I came in to that store she would not dirty a dish to accommodate salt free fries. I guess it's too much to ask for French fries with no salt in this particular location especially if a certain shift manager is working. A simple solution would be to take the fries straight from the cooking basket and using tongs put them in the container that's going to the customer. Dietary restrictions: If you require French fries with no salt beware of this location as certain members of management do not want to accommodate that request.
