This place has potential. Food was good, terrible customer service. Simply asked staff if they can clean the chair because, there was ketchup on it and i have small children. Simply, didn't want the kids dirty. Instead of cleaning the seat, the staff told everyone and they all just laughed and kept looking at me the whole time. I know, this isn't a 5 star restaurant but i atleast thought people care about cleanliness. Every table was dirty and the staff could care less. Did mobile order and they couldn't even get that right.

Not open 24 hours. Change your hours.

We received a milkshake and it was made not the right way no whipped cream or carmel.and when. I opened the food I asked for a lot of bbq like 2 or 3 but they gave me 1 and my MOM ordered a quarter pound but got a big Mac . and I love mcdonald's but that day there was a problem

No matter how many times you visit it never changes! They always get your food wrong and there’s always missing items. Very very poor management. Never no help at all they argue with you like you are in the wrong for their mess up. Never will visit here again

I order just a sandwich qtr. Pounder with cheese and bacon . I've lived here for 15 years . The size of a bun and meat like from the dollar menu. Make one bite and throwing it away . Over dry and hit not possible to eat !!! Look at the pictures my hand is small.

I've been coming to this location for a while now, during the morning to afternoon, service Is usually great, no issues. The food is as standard as everywhere else. The problem is the workers on the 24 hour shift. I've had several problems where they take forever to even get you on the drive through, especially those who have a mobile order. Recently I had placed a mobile order, waiting like 20 minutes on the drive through only for them to say "we are kind of closed" which makes no sense. To make it worse, they don't seem to care because by the time I went to the window, they see you and they ignore you. They didn't even bother to cancel the order either which I have to wait over an hour. I can understand if they are cleaning the kitchen, and they should've at least give us an ETA when they resume orders. Honestly the overnight crew should probably get replaced with people that act want to work. And speaking of working they move very slow. That's why I usually used to go to the other location at ALT A1A but they changed their hours.
