Very hit or miss for speed of service and quality of the food

They forgot my 6pc chicken nuggets inside two of my happy meals. Argued with cashier about my second bag which was a BOGO deal along with my happy meals. Young lady told me the other bag was not mine until I told her check if that bag has a double QP with a 10pc. It was and she said “oh”. The audacity I felt plus the disappointment I felt once I got home and seen my chicken nuggets were missing ;(

Its great if you go a the right time.

The service is very hot and cold. I got food from this mcdonalds 2 nights in a row and had vastly different experiences. The first night, my food was perfect; I got extra ketchup for my first meal, everything was warm, my fries were full, and my oreo mcflurry was blended. The 2nd night left a lot to be desired; I got 3 large fries, and 2 of them were barely half full, 1 of the burgers I ordered with no onions and extra pickle neither of which was adhered to, I live about 5 to 10 minutes away and my frozen fruit punch was almost completely melted by the time I got home and didn't taste like it was properly mixed as the flavoring was extremely strong/sweet, of two of my no onion cheeseburgers 1 of them had no cheese, my oreo mcflurry wasn't blended at all and would have been better fit to asking for a plain sundae with oreo topping. I'm happy that I got everything I ordered, but the quality of it was not up to standard.

This particular store is handling a large amount of customers in their driver through, I watched the staff work with customer care efficiency and kindness and was impressed. When dining in my app would not work, they were kind enough to serve us anyway...the staff is very efficient and kind...my delivery order was handled with care through delivery...every item was there including utensils. The coffee was fresh and tasty, the Egg McMuffin very tasty fresh and the Mango smoothy was very good. Definitely they are above the other fast food restaurants in service, staff training, staffs kindness, fresh food and price. The in dining cleanliness is impressive also for the large amount of customers. Consistency in customer care, fresh food and getting orders filled correctly is key. I hope they will continue to strive for consistency in all around service. Very impressive. Thank you McDonald's! The only matter is that Holiday hours for in dining should be posted to cut down on confusion and extended if possible for families and workers who come in for dinner. Even for fast food families need to use facilities if traveling etc during holidays.
