this food was bad it was rotten and i found a blade in my food my food was expired and did not taste right the next time i went there i found a small rat in big mac container

If you dine-in, there are no refills for Tea and Sweet Tea. Drive thru of course is busy, but the workers are on it. I decided to go inside thinking it will be faster, it wasn't. There was a couple in front of me ordering from the cashier. When done she left for a bit to get their food. She gave it to them and went back to help with the orders. She then noticed me and said she wasn't taking any more orders, that I need to order from the kiosk. That whole time I waited, and waited behind the people she took the order from, and she tells me that. Other than that, food is what you expect from McDonald's; that McDonald's taste.
