Didn't have to wait too long

Asked for a plain burgers and received all the trimmings. Mad when I got home. Definitely wasn't going to drive all the way back there for 2 plain cheese burgers.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Alonzia (I hope I said her name right) at McDonald's. Every time I visit she goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is treated with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. She leads by example, setting a high standard for the entire team. It's evident that She genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers, and her dedication to excellence does not go unnoticed. Good food just wish they would stop rushing the food when preparing as soon as I bite into my sandwich (McDouble) all of the pickles are always in one spot of the burger seems rushed it’s happened every time or order this sandwich

Service here is slow and managers will ignore their customers. It’s sad because this McDonald’s is fairly new but they ruined it already. You’re better off going to the McDonald’s on Hiawasee and Silver Star to save yourself from the frustration!
