This place is good especially after you have gone to the zoo sometimes the drive through is long and employees get overwhelmed. All in all its good

Decent food. Nice staff. Easiest to use the app. When it works. The app is where the deals are. Food not as pretty as advertised. Always reliable during/after extreme weather.

Honestly…. It’s McDonald’s. Reach location has its problems… This one on 40th typically takes a very very long time to bring out your order. Which is difficult because small children do not like waiting in cars for 15-20 mins for anything. If you can order ahead for pick up… it’s best to try that instead but do not expect it to be THAT much faster. ‍♀️

Food was as expected, of course, as who doesn't like McDonald's? But the employees really either didn't seem to care about the after hours pickup window OR they were short handed. Either way, I wasn't too keen on waiting half hour for the milkshakes I could see clearly we're sitting on the counter inside so I knew my order was ready, I just wasn't really prioritized. Thats life I guess, right? when I actually had dialogue with the employees, none of them were rude or anything and they were actually quite personable and relatable, and I got some decent vibes from them. Would recommend them based on the fact that it'll be McDonald's food handed to u by a real mf, just clear ur schedule before u head over there.
