The food was good when I finally received what I ordered. Quarter pound burger NO cheese, NO onion & NO ketchup. So my box had ticket that stated that. I was asked to pull ahead waiting on meat. 15 minutes later I get... you guessed it everything on it. Had to take back into the store to wait an additional 8 minutes for the right order. With 2 managers on duty I expected a little more courtesy however neither one made a move to say anything to me.

They need help. They consistently struggle to keep up with the breakfast volume and the breakfast crew often seems overwhelmed. It always takes 20-30 mins to get through the drive thru and get your food and that’s using the mobile app to pre-order.

The drive thru always forgets part of our order or a machine is down.

Not one single time i have went there without a silly issue arising. Here is what i encounter day to day here on my lunch break. 1) wrong order 2) missing my sauce packets 3) wring size drink or fri 4) 20 minute waiting 5) gave my order to someone else 6) i have to remind them to make my meal as a meal so it doesnt charge me a dollor and whatever more I think its ridiculous how hard people can make heating up food and giving it to people. Its mcdonalds hiring all these young kids that cant do anything right. I got told by the manager once (after waiting 20 minutes) they didnt have an order up for me. She gave me so much attitude even tho i was polite and always wait patiently. Im not being the nice guy anymore. Give me my food and make it right. ITS NOT THAT HARD OF A TASK.

It's rare to have a bad experience at McDonald's.
