The guy who takes order very rude

Hair in food ,missing items ,pissy workers , if you don’t like your job get another.

I went here just to get two large fries with extra salt and was met with hostility. Not only was I given medium-sized fries in large fry holders, dude gave an attitude when I asked for two sweet-and-sour sauces and slammed the sauces in the bag. The sad part about it was it wasn't even busy. At least one medium large fry was hot but the other one though was warm at best.

The two dudes working were schmovin. S/o for the fresh fries and speed at 2 am. Godsend

If I could give this location a zero star rating, I would. My husband and I went for here and ordered in the drive thru around 10:05am. We got to the window to get our food where they gave us our coffee and orange juice then asked us to pull forward and they would bring our food. After sitting for about 20 minutes, a girl comes out with two orders in her hand, not at all what we got. She then asked us to look through the bags and see if anything was what we ordered. When we said no and showed her our receipt, she huffed and went back inside and took our receipt with her. At about 10:45am with no response, I went inside where there’s was multiple other people with order issues or still waiting. I flagged a worker down and told them the situation. He got our McMuffin and sausage biscuit but said the hashbrowns they were waiting on. After another 10 minutes, he brings me two hashbrowns and a strawberry pie for the poor service. The hashbrowns were frozen still, they had not been cooked at all. We decided to take the home and cook them rather than complain and wait another long time period for two hashbrowns. Absolutely terrible service and experience at this location and I will not be returning.
