McDonald's

For some reason when people go to the drive thru they like to stop at the exit of the drive thru preventing others from grabbing their food. The employees should have timed land mines placed at the drive thru exit to prevent this.

I went there to pick up some food and the shortest lady ( that happened to be a manager) told me the good was given out. So, instead of trying to resolve the issue she escalate it. She should be The motive demoted! The gentlemen that intervened was excellent! He was professional, understanding and helpful. He should be the one running the show. She definitely was on a power trip. Do not come to this McDonald's is rittled with drunken high men and women. Save your money and go to South plank rd.

Edit: CLOSED FEB 2ND AS OF NOW LOCATION CLOSED FOR REMODELING! NO ORDERS AT ALL EVEN ONLINE! NO DATE WILL BE OPEN FOR ORDERING NEXT! HAD TO ASK A CONSTRUCTION WORKER JUST TO GET ANSWERS! STAFF WOULDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME! Order jan 6th- I did wait awhile to have my order taken. This location really is a bit of a wait inside. I feel the drive through&online orders r priority placed first. They though still have a drink machine in there as of 01/06/24 NOW GONE! Gonna miss em. I don't like touching the inside ordering electronic station. I like to order my food at the counter but there was only 1 employee for the front&it seems like not many people order the way I do at this location anymore which is at the counter not using an app or electronic touch screen stand which there are 2 of with credit cards readers so u can add codes. I didnt see staff cleaning anything especially the touch order screens! Eww. I just prefer the old way! It's clean the parking lot. After I was able to order it didn't take long though. Food was good. My order wasn't read out though when ready n was just left at the conter. If I had not been paying attention food would've gone cold. Take out number isn't read which mine was take out. It wasn't marked either. I was not the only person in there ordering either. If you pay with cash your almost not a person nowadays. Some people just don't use plastic! Not happy with this location. Let's see if staff is improved and the store with the remodeling that is going on. ITS STILL CLOSED N ITS FEB 4TH. Vegetarian options: Would not recommend. Yes they salads n calories r listed in a pamphlet if U can find one or they used to display dietary guildelines w calories, fat, sodium n more for each item on a tray linner. U have to look things up now if U want n know exactly how 2change n order. Yes now they display calories on the inside menu n a few other items now but good luck reading the board! It's fast food what do U expect?Really! U have 2buy n make a healthy meal not eat take out! Dietary restrictions: U can just say no salt on the fries. U can control calories w getting milk instead of soda or chocolate milk. Also apple slices. There is no menu for low sodium or low calorie. U have to make yr own choices based off calories on the menu. U can look up info on the website. Parking: It's right outside the business. There is a large parking lot n drive through wait spaces. There is street parking also but not recommended or really needed. Kid-friendliness: U can sit inside n eat. There is a kids menu w toys. There is no play place at this location! Many McDonald's have removed the play places so good luck finding one still. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors have push buttons to open the doors. I still think the buttons work? There is handicapped parking outside n there is parking right by the door atleast 3 spaces. The handicapped table U can just roll up to is closed off as of now w Yellow tap. U can roll up though is chairs r moved to another table.
