I like McDonald's very much but it costs more than other fast food.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A MCDONALD'S IN NEW YORK!!! I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW TERRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE WAS HERE!!! FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN, IT WAS LIKE ENTERING A DYSTOPIAN FAST FOOD HELLSCAPE!!! THE STENCH OF GREASE HIT ME LIKE A TON OF BRICKS, AND I THOUGHT I MIGHT ACTUALLY CHOKE ON THE AIR!!! AND LET'S TALK ABOUT THE "FOOD"!!! IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL IT THAT!!! I ORDERED A "BURGER," OR SO THEY CLAIMED IT WAS!!! IT LOOKED LIKE A SAD PILE OF DISCARDED CARDBOARD WITH A SLIVER OF RUBBERY "BEEF" ON IT!!! THE CHEESE WAS MELTED INTO A SAD, CONGEALED MASS THAT COULD PASS AS INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVE!!! OH, AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE "SERVICE"!!! I WAITED IN LINE FOR WHAT FELT LIKE AN ETERNITY, WHILE THE EMPLOYEES MOVED AT THE PACE OF SNAILS ON SEDATIVES!!! I COULD SEE INTO THE KITCHEN, AND IT LOOKED LIKE A DISASTER ZONE!!! GARBAGE EVERYWHERE, EMPLOYEES ARGUING, AND I SWEAR I SAW A RAT SCURRYING ABOUT!!! THE TABLES WERE STICKY AND GROSS, LIKE THEY HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED SINCE THE DAWN OF TIME!!! I GAVE UP TRYING TO EAT THERE AND DECIDED TO MAKE A SWIFT EXIT, BUT OF COURSE, THE DOOR WAS JAMMED, SO I HAD TO BATTLE WITH IT LIKE A GLADIATOR FIGHTING FOR FREEDOM!!! I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS MCDONALD'S IS A NEW LEVEL OF HORROR!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TRAUMA AND AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I actually love this McDonald’s but the rules here are ridiculous. You now have to order a straw and napkins on the kiosk or they will get annoyed if you ask for one . Was told there is a sign on the wall but never saw it so it needs to be made bigger and brighter. So now you have to order ur food , condiments, drinks, straws and napkins all on the kiosk . I will do this in the future, but they really need to put a note on every kiosk to remind people
