McDonald's

Tienen un servicio al cliente fatal , E visitado este lugar bastantes veces y en todas es lo mismooo, La manager parece que siempre está enojada es muuuy sangrona, Si llegas con códigos de la app para canjear siempre te dirán que no funcionan y aun así te quitan tus puntos o promociones y si pides ayuda o explicación se portan prepotentes y del no saben, no se puede no quiere , no los sacas , tienes que hablarles para que te atiendan por que pueden verte parado en el mostrador y no se acercan hasta que quieren ,parece que te están haciendo un favor ... De todos los McDonald's es el peooor Su actitud es nefasta.

I'm a near by resident and I go there from time to time. And not once have I been completely satisfied. And its usually Drive through Not giving us the right condiments that was asked for. Kids just don't care.

I just went there today at 11:50am Person taking order should of repeat the order for the customer..i order to burgers and he charge me 3..When i went window 2 the young lady had a bandage on one of her fingers without gloves handling food..I use to work for McDonald’s and i always wear gloves especially having a bandage on the finger..THEY WANT A RAISE OF 20 DOLLARS?..come they don’t deserve it period

I waited inside because I had a question for my order and was walked by 3 employees and never once was asked did I need anything. Fries were warm at best. My Big Mac was decent best part was my coke
