why cant they fill the cups up..? they stop the machine b4 its even closer to the top.. 2inches of empty cup & this is not the 1st time this has happened the last 2 weeks been like this get it together yall

When using kiosk you can take a table number. That means the food is supposed to be brought to you. 0 out of 10. And it was in a to go bag not on a tray. 0 out of 10. I ordered a medium dr pepper not an empty cup for me to fill myself. I don't work there. 0 out of 10. The so called manager there needs to run it better and she was using some kind of aerosol cleaner that smelled like paint thinner. Instead of waiting until there were no customers she sprayed it on tables next to me and my wife. She should be fired. Anybody who has ever worked in food in Louisiana should know aerosol cleaners aren't allowed. That is a food safety violation as of 2023... due to the compression and chemicals used its too strong and causes too much of an over spray. I'll never eat there again. Also my wife said they added too much salt in her burger. I should call corporate and the health board. And the Dr pepper had a dry chemical taste to it. Sickening.
