Was told to use the self checkout. I used it. And then it said that it was out of order after I placed my order. Had to get an employee, the self check out screen wasn’t working, so he had to print out a receipt and take it up to the counter so I could pay with my card at the counter.

Preparation of food is bad. Cold fries, too much condiments.i think these workers purposely do this because I was at a McDonald’s in sac and it was waaay better. Fresher and good.You have saboteurs in your cook line.

Just go the jack in the box.

they will always get something wrong from your order u r better off going to the other mcdonald’s in town or just some other place and the staff is rude
