Young guy at the counter was super polite and professional. A rare gift these days, especially from a fast food restaurant. Thank you.

Always friendly and prompt

With 2 drive throughs, I waited today, February 12th around 4:15 pm while cars in the other lane kept going through. I finally said HELLO and it was if I woke up the lady. Tried to order 2 frappes and was told their machine was down. Ordered 2 shakes and it took about 10 minutes to get to the window. The girl at the window where I was to pick them up could not get off her cell phone and actually was in a way of the guy trying to get the shakes to me. Atrocious service and that girl needed to just go home and text her life away. So SAD!!!!!!!!

Problem with the order today, but the cashier was very nice and helpful. She called the manager over to correct the incorrect upcharge. We ordered a breakfast meal with regular size of coffee. Receipt showed up charge, but we did not ask for a bigger size of coffee. Why should we be mocked publicly by a manager for wanting the extra charge taken off no matter how little the extra charge was? McDonald's is a billion dollar company; why should I give them any extra cash? Plus, the real issue is to correct the problem so that future customers are not up charged for anything. It was clear that the manager did not understand, did not care, and thought we were cheap jerks. No Southern hospitality - just a bad attitude. Update that today's visit on 2/4/24 was pleasant. Good service and a good attitude, but another customer was complaining rightfully that the ladies restroom was very dirty.

Ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and an order of hotcakes was given 1 syrup for them to split apparently!! Sad they are getting cheaper and cheaper gotta beg for napkins

Well ran thru drive thru for just a burger and it was getting late and was n a hurry My order went ok and then at pay window the young guy was flirting with a young girl and it held me up Then when I got to pick up window the only car ahead of me either got the wrong food or added something to his order because it took way to long to be at that window.As I said there were only 2 cars n line amd it took over 20 minutes...?but recent visits had been better so I will try again and re rate this place....# sat to long
