I asked for extra salt on my fries they told me they couldn’t and gave me salt packets and the fries had 0 salt. Very rude staff and unprofessional. They do not have any idea how to provide customer service and can’t provide quality McDonald’s. Taste like I just got it out my fridge.

Management is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I come the bun is hard and the fries have zero salt and taste like they’ve sat there for hours. When these issues are brought up, management yells back at customers. Not to mention the horrible wait times when their isn’t people in the lines to have to wait on. Seems like employees just stand around and do nothing while the drive through employees have to wait on them. Overall, if I could give 0 stars I would. Needs new management. Gross establishment as well..

I have gone to McDonald's for years. The food is consistent and cooked well.

I placed a order through the app and pick up at the counter. The restaurant was very clean so were the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and my order was correct hot and fresh. I go to this location often, and never have a bad experience.

Took around 45 mins to get our order. We have an 11 hour drive and wasted so much time here. The manager was really nice but that doesn’t make up for the rest of the group. The bathroom is gross too. Water all over the floor. Not sure if it flooded or what but I was trying not to slip and fall. Go anywhere else

Pathetic service. First time I had traded at.this MCDonalds in 2 yrs. I ordered pancakes. They were cold and the bacon. Even the 2 packs of pancake syrup were leaking syrup out of them like it was done deliberate. The 2 working there on fulfilling orders were nasty and rude. I will never return to McDonalds on Medical Center parkway. They did not even place a spoon,fork and knife in the bag. Check your orders. The manager needs to find better employees who care about the customer.
