Went here tonight after work around 11:50ish there was someone in front of us and then beside us in the other line. We all waited for a while before anyone ever said anything. Then when they did the guy told us they were only doing mobile app orders?? What? Are yall REALLY that lazy that you couldn’t take drive thru orders? I guess they wanted to be lazy because they wouldn’t get a lot of mobile orders I don’t know. Yall are just lazy now, it’s embarrassing.

Just got a frappe for my mother and a sausage biscuit. Also a soft drink for me. I like using the app to order. It's easy and because the soft drink is automated it gets my drink right every time. And McDonald's is fast. I like their deals in the app too.

I will try to keep this review short and to the point. This post ONLY relates to the night crew of this location. 1. Drug dealers hang out in their parking lot. If they are not circling the lot by the car wash and strip mall next to it. 2. Employees are some of the rudest, unprofessional, ignorant, homophobic group I've ever encountered. 3. Food is barely edible. 4. Management group doesn't seem to care. Because the same problem employees that I've complained about numerous times still work there. This is the only place worth eating after 11 pm, and that's a low bar already. I work 3rd shift, and when I work remotely, they are the only place open. They will serve you sandwiches/burgers that have clearly been sitting in a warmer for hours. Bread is always hard, and fries are not fresh. When you pull into the drive thru, they will make you wait without saying a word. Their tone is that they are annoyed, you are there, and they have to do some work. They don't speak to you once you are at the window. If they do, it's just a forced "have a good night" laced with sarcasm. They always look like they jumped out of bed without showering. Threw on clothes that aren't uniform and come to work. If you make a mobile app, purchase an hour before they close. Good luck. They will conviently act as if they don't have it. Then make you wait 2-3 days before you get your money back. Either fire the staff and hire people who aren't lazy, rude, and unprofessional. Or just close down at 11pm.

Every single time I come here they get something wrong! Literally every time!

The food was ready but no one would bag it. There was no one to take our order. One employee was walking around on her phone. Food was ok.
