Can McDonald’s honestly be more than three their fries is a corporation who went from the best to the worst. They only care how they look not taste. In the survey list everything except their signature sandwich. How do you not have a big Mac in the list? That’s what I had this is ridiculous

You're paying more and you're getting the same the restaurant isn't any cleaner the employees aren't any nicer enjoy your $20 an hour people, now act like you deserve it.

The staff was nice but I waited for about 35 minutes and my order was even wrong when received. Waited another 10 minutes and received the rest of my order and one sandwich was still missing. I had to leave the store because I just didn’t have enough time to be waiting and then the rest of my food got cold. Not coming here again.

Horrible 2 now I've ordered online and had to walk in to get my order and both times they were completely wrong waited in my car for over 15+ mins just to get someone else's order

The manager Araceli needs to be terminated asap! She’s is very rude and disrespects, not only the customers, but also the employees working on her shift. I have came to this location multiple times and there have been times where I see her standing there on her phone speaking to her daughter (she was speaking Spanish so I understood her conversation) while other employees were running back and forth trying to get orders out. A believe a person like her should not work as a manager for this kind of company. One occasion I even heard her yelling at a young girl in the Drive Thru window. I don’t know what type of show you guys have going on here but it seems like she’s very unhappy with her job. McDonald’s, please do better!
