McDonald's

My Great Nephew loves this place, so whenever he and I are together,I must stop at McDonald's. The staff was very professional and courteous. The food was hot and freshly prepared.

Shamefully incompetent service. Employees can't even make eye contact.

They really should pay attention to what they are doing. I ordered a biscuit and gravy with egg. When I got home all I had was gravy in a cup and egg. No biscuit. I should get some kind of refund.

My issue with McDonalds is this, the prices increased, but the quality of the food greatly increased. This is no fault of the service workers. This is a corporate thing. Greedy corporate issue. People, do you remember their friends growing up in the 90's? They were long, crispy, salty, and fresh. Now they taste TERRIBLE, broken into pieces and taste like salt free, tasteless dirt on old rubber tennis shoes. "Whatever that tastes like, oh yeah, their fries". There is definately a difference in what we had versus what we have. I no longer eat there as much as a time ago. It's not worth it. I'm just let down. It's sad to go from good taste to bland and tasteless.
