This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! We just ordered lunch for my family (4 of us) & everything was wrong, as per usual. All the burgers were made wrong & there was no sauce for the nuggets even after asking the girl at the window & she was very quick to say oh yes it in the bag! Save yourself the trouble & go somewhere else!!!! Even the food we did get was cold & hard like it was made for breakfast! This place sucks!!! Save your time & money!!!

Food was prepared sloppy the meat was way bigger than the bun this have made my decision to forgo fast food the quality just isn't their anymore

My interaction was drive up mobile. The food was lukewarm when it came to me. I placed the order after I was in my stall #4. It is sure lazy staff or the app is not using real time location services.

WORST MCDONALD'S EVER. Went to go get breakfast, asked for the meal on drive thru, but the girl seemed so inconvenienced by me asking, that she rang it up as each item individually - so the total was more than a combo. I asked at the window to be charged correctly. The WHOLE staff, including management, seemed confused about how this refund would work. You would re-ring me up for the correct combo and refund me for the first charge of each item individually. Apparently, that's so hard for them because they charged me for a meal and then refunded me for the meal and even didn't want to give me the drink with my order. I had to come BACK to the McDonald's to try and explain this to them, but again, they seemed to not know what to do. They just gave me my money back in cash instead of correcting this with my card. Horrible service, and I don't know who the DM or SM, but they can not manage their stores correctly or locations. The employees are cussing during the shift, when I walked in, and they have long disgusting nails that look like they dont take care of, and that's what handling my food?! EW. Half their eyelashes are falling off, and I'm afraid it'll fall off into my food! I'm NEVER coming back here again. On my way out, a couple of the customers felt the same after the service was received. MCDONALDS DO BETTER! YALL MAKE MILLIONS AND CANT RUN A FAST FOOD PLACE!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Every member of this team is horrible at their jobs. They can't listen, so you better talk clearly and never have to change any part of your order. They will absolutely steal your money.. like charge you for each part of a meal and your meal goes from $6 to $10. There are McDonald's elsewhere, try one of those. If enough people don't go to this one maybe it will close or a Burger King will open in its place. These members need to find other jobs, this one is too complicated for them.
