they take a long time and they don't accept card

Came in here at 11:15 this morning to get my nephews the grimace shakes. It took us 23 mins to get our food and then they didn't bring the shakes or drinks. I asked and she said oh we don't have those anymore. I had to ask for substitutions for the kids shakes and then had to wait another 6 mins for those ans had to go get then myself. The girl at the counter had a blank expression on her face. No words at all. No sorry for the wait. Nothing at all. Didn't even say you're welcome when I thanked her. The inside of the store smells really bad too. Like cat urine or something. Won't be back to the location.

I came 5 min before closing and they took my order and gave me my food hot and fresh with no attitude.

They do not have The Grimace Birthday Shake available even though the app says it is available. Go to a different location, I just blew $28 for nothing! This location NEVER has any of the food items that McDonald’s promotes.

Nobody really wants to help you in person they all want you to use the little machine in the lobby to order your food or the drive-thru
