Me and my family were there for 25 minutes on a take-out order. The whole time they were making the food. The young people up front were talking about inappropriate sexual things on TikTok that made my teenage daughter feel very very very uncomfortable. And quite frankly me, as a father made me very uncomfortable. So not only was the food called when it arrives. But the service was less than a good. And the quality of employee and conversation. Is very very seriously wrong and almost scary. Concerned Dad
Clean store. Waited almost a long time to be acknowledged upon entering the store and going up to the counter. My nuggets were rubbery, and my fries were soggy.
17 minute wait in drive thru for an iced coffee with extra ice that had no ice and a chicken mcgriddle that "was lost in transit." After waiting 10 mins in the drive thru waiting spot, I went inside to hear "what mcgriddle?" When I left, there were others behind me that had been waiting 20+ mins. I'm all for automation. Bring in the robots!
Went by to get a tea at this location. They're making the decor look really cute in the McDonald's these days. I'm sad that all their drinks aren't a buck for any size anymore. I used to drive through just for a tea almost every day. Now I just make my own tea and fill up my stay cold canister at home. Lol I used to think it was nice that a billion dollar company was doing a nice price break for it's customers and not trying to take All that they can out of your pockets. Costco still has their cheap 1.50 price for a all beef hotdog. It hasn't changed in years. So Im not sure why McDonald's had to up their dollar price with a 60 cent increase. When i make tea at home it's about 35 cents a glass and that's using premium teas not just black. Alas greed is always alive and well everywhere you turn.
I ordered online. The experience was smooth and simple. Didn’t have to wait when I got to the drive thru. Very nice handoff and it was correct, hot and delicious. Great job!!
No one goes to McDonalds expecting gourmet food, but usually the food is alright. These were the saddest cheeseburgers I’d seen out of a McD’s in a long time, not even any onion and they looked like they had been run over. Also realized that I was missing an apple pie after I had left. Partner used the men’s room and there were bloody paper towels everywhere. In the women’s room, there are no toilet seat covers or paper towels. The crew on Feb. 16, 2024 at 6:45pm was not on it and can do much better.
Tonight i placed a curbside pickup order after work, i arrived at mcdonald’s and pulled into spot #4 and checked in at 9:40pm. 5 minutes go by. 10 minutes go by. 15 minutes go by. 20 minutes hit and i’m irratated. i understand being busy but seriously? i get out of my car to try to go inside and see if i can grab it and the doors are locked so im standing on the side trying to get the dude at the windows attention. it takes a second but i finally get his attention and tell him ive been waiting 20 minutes for my food and told him my name and he looke horrified and told me he’d check on it. they bring me my food out and i got cold food, not even luke warm. my soda isn’t even full all the way. usually i wouldn’t care except for the fact im a type 1 diabetic and did insulin for my food when i arrived thinking it would be 5-10 minutes max. my blood sugars started going low to the point when i got out of my car i couldn’t feel my legs (one of my symptoms) no hate to the drive through dude, he seemed stressed. To the dude who was working the window, you’re doing great, thank you for being apologetic. pic of my soda, will be calling tomorrow to speak with ab manager
