The slowest effing people ever! And the most incompetent:/
Help was rude and they screwd up on my order so I had to drive back and get it fixed
I pulled into the drive thru 20 mins before closing and sat for 5 mins before I started towards the windows as I'm going by the workers didn't have any head sets on and were doing closing duties I also called the phone and someone answered then hung up. I have never had this experience before I am very upset by the workers being more worried about leaving right at closing time rather than serving customers while during operating hours.
Constantly get orders wrong, staff are rude as hell, and if you order pickup after the sun goes down good luck getting your order.
It was 1/18/24 (thursday) at 10:27 pm (or so). Me and someone else went to the drive-through and there were two visible workers at that time. We sat at the speaker about 10 minutes with not a single response and a line of three built up. We drove by the window wondering if they were closed. There were two employees avoiding looking at the drive-through window (possibly a coincidence). So I went back around just incase it was a mistake. Yet still the next few minutes they were devoid of working. We drove by the window and the two workers that were present were no longer visible from view of the window. They had basically completely closed by 10:20? Despite still being open and completely avoided every attempt from any customer until closing.
I ask to speak with the operations manager, Sergio Marquez, and he never called back.
McDonald's is a blessing, hands down!
