Very unprofessional and very unpleasant experience. Working construction our breaks are not very long and often shortened, speed of service is an absolute must. Now, I speak from experience (arbys shift manager), I would have been fired if my speed of service was as terrible as what I witnessed. During a breakfast rush you should be prepared for the influx of customers. I witnessed one front end worker spinning in circles trying to figure out what to do next, one worker was just bsing with another. The automated menu things weren't working properly. I'm glad I don't live here and have to experience this again. Only thing going for them their food was fresh.
