The food is good if they take an order at the checkout. There is usually no one at the checkout, even if several customers are waiting at the checkout, employees walk around, talk to each other, but do not pay attention that buyers have come. After waiting 10 minutes, I ordered a double burger, they make a regular .

My meal was prepared fairly quickly and came out hot. My concern was just the condition of the seating area. Many of the seats were torn up and it didn't appear to be an appealing place to eat. There were many Asians patronizing this establishment. This type of torn-up seating would not be tolerated if it was in Westborough.

My experience here was awful for breakfast I ordered Mac muffin and the lady taking my order said she cannot take the meat out and its against their policy, saying this Macdonald is different from other Macdonalds around! And she wouldn't take the meat out from muffin as I wanted just eggs and cheese , nor just that she was loud and rude , what a customer service I went through before I head to work I was expecting my breakfast drive to work enjoyable and she even said she was the manager of that Macdonald and won't take that as my order , going to other Macdonald they took my order respectedly... wouldn't recommend anyone to go through something like this in their mornings.
