Waiting 5 minutes for a tea and a coke zero in a literally empty McDonald’s is really poor. And how can you get a tea order wrong?? Very poor experience

The food was fine, I just hate when you ask for something, and they don't do it. I asked the lady to clean the table, and she never did come. So I walked to the counter and ask the manager and she did it. I'm like McDonald's need to get worker who really want to work, not just work at this establishment just for a paycheck. Really have the franchise owner change the attitude of making money and to service the people. This McDonald's needs to have better service and improve the kitchen lack service and quality to the food why I said it was fine. I was not percent satisfied. It's the thing with Dade county restaurants don't care to give quality food and service.
