Everything was great til I reached into the bag to grab a napkins and realized nothing there, I was so disappointed

Why can't we make orders correctly every freaking time I'm this town. Guess we can't read here.

Ordered Doordash and my Quarter pounder cheese meal was cold. I never received my 10 piece nugget, called the store several times only to get hung up on. Then called next morning and throughout the day, but still no answer. I am very disappointed!!

Had to restate my order at least 3 times. Much confusion at the drive through. The regular burgers were not up to par...not terrible, just not the best of McDonald's

Whoever runs this restaurant may want to pop in and check on the kids from time to time. It seems that they all decided it was break time. My app receipt #was AX17. Stopped by around 2 pm. They seemed genuinely surprised when I pulled up to the window after sitting in line at the speaker for several minutes. The kid at the first window was sitting down, all I could see was the top of his head. I couldn't get his attention so I pulled up to the second window where the young girl looked shook. As the owner of a teenager, I know they are easily distracted and not the most reliable but I'm assuming the management may want to know what happens when the kids are left home alone. Not to worry, I'll be back for more nuggets and frozen coke. Another update. Stopped in for a frozen coke and nuggets. They gave me a regular coke and then told me that's what I ordered. Very unhelpful. There seems to be no management whatsoever. I'm giving up on getting a good icee anywhere in Metairie.

The staff for some reason couldn't find my mobile order that they already finished making but I found it and pointed out that it was mine. The place was an absolute mess. Trash everywhere. No paper towels or a trash can in the bathroom. None of the tables were clean. Still had food and used napkins on the tables. The staff seem to barely speak English and weren't very friendly or attentive to the needs of customers
