The morning Manager has no customer service skills I stood there for 10 minutes and she was just talking away not having any effort to help me very lazy and sorry not to mention rude

I ordered a simple plain and dry burger and received the wrong burger. I had wait back in line at the drive-thru because the inside was closed to request a correction to my order. Then I had a difficult time because the manager wanted a receipt but they didn’t give me one because I paid with Apple pay. So then she tells me to pull up to the next window after I show her my transaction on my Apple Wallet. At the next window I had to explain this again to a different employee who couldn’t understand wha a plain and dry cheeseburger is. (Im allergic to ketchup). So then I am sent to a third window where I had to re-explain this to a different manager just to get my order right. By that time my fries were cold. Dietary restrictions: To people with allergies make sure that they make your order correct.
