Drive thru is always slow and need to allow 20 minutes for every order. I have bypassed this in the past by ordering through the app and picking up at the counter. However the last few times I’ve tried this, the lobby has been closed when I arrive. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the lobby is closed and am forced to wait in long drive thru line to pick up my order. By the time I get it, the food is cold.

Second similar experience here. The staff is now conditioned to fill app orders and doesn't seem to take notice of register customers the store was dirty upon opening, every table and the floor was littered with crumbs and debris. It's a shame, I feel the app is great for speeding things up but you can't ignore the customers at the counter and no excuses for a dirty dining area upon opening for business. Mickey D's does it right but this store seems to be struggling with the dining room
The most clean and friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds. It’s nice to see the employees actually care about their job, and have a sense of urgency when it comes to their customers. Their food was hot, fresh, and delicious.
Please make fresh fries. Don't give out cold fries or old fries. Service people how you want to be treated

Old blonde lady that is the manager is very rude 5/15/23 3pm shift. No respect for customers with any food allergy. Rolled her eyes several times because i didnt want a bun or cheese. She also doesn't know how to ring up items ala carte. I will be submitting my complaint with mcd hq. Also it takes no less than 10min for all app orders and there are no trash cans in the entire parking lot. This is the worst mcdonalds. New building and too cheap to buy trash cans.
