I use to love eating here but the attitude lately the service has been very rude from the time you make your order til you get too both windows then get home the fries are old and the buns are burnt. I hope that things get better. The worse visit I had from this location. I wouldn't eat here never again that was it.

Service was so slow. Nobody acknowledged any customers that come in. I made a mobile order 30 minutes ago for JUST a latte n have yet to get served. Everyone except the older short black Gentleman lacked good customer service

On Feb. 21st at 3:20 am I placed an online order for Mcdonald's through Doordash. The order included a 2 Cheeseburger Meal with decaf coffee and caramel mocha for a total of $16.35 including taxes, tip and fees. I watched the order proceed through the steps. When the order got into the heading to you status, the dasher sends me a message through the app that reads "Can you cancel the order this Mcdonalds only sells breakfast at 3am!" I was confused so I immediately called support for help. The agent attempts to reach out to both McDonalds and the dasher and gets no response, by the time he comes back to the line to report the news to me. The dasher has updated the status to say delivered. Confused I asked why would she do that and the agent proceeded to tell me he would issue a refund. He ended the call shortly after without getting back to me and I was left to fill out the after-call survey. I called back again and the next agent filled out a report and asked me to take a picture of my carport door to show the order was not delivered which I did and replied to her email with the attachment. She tells me not to worry that I will get an update in the app shortly. I read the update shortly after she ended the call and it says the request was declined. I call back again and the next agent does the same. They declined to issue the amount due to me still. All agents confirmed that this should have been a canceled order due to the dasher stating that they didn't pick up the order yet they continue to refuse to give my money back despite the dasher putting the order in delivery status knowing she had not delivered or even picked up the order. I toke a screenshot of the message she sent which they can see in their system but still they refuse to fix this issue.
