Pretty good, I go here quite often, they adopt m3 happy toys are a rip off, my children keep getting the dog, we could have a dog army by now. But it is one of the 13 or so McDonald’s left with the two individual arches
The young man at front cashier tried but the manager short black thick lady paid her lobby customers no mind. A customer wanted a refund for cold fries and after she gave them a refund she didn't even look at me or ask me have I been helped I stood in that lobby for 25 minutes straight. They don't deserve customers or at least they need a new manager day shift.
This is the only fast food place I go to cause it’s right by my house and it used to have good service and good food. Lately, the food has been lacking and the customer service is going down the drain. There is one woman in particular- she’s there in the afternoons the times I’ve been recently- and she is plain rude. The first time, I chocked it up to having a bad day but she’s been snippy each time we’ve gone. I work in food service so I know how it is, but my goodness take a deep breath and quit being rude. And again, the food. They’ve gotten our order mixed up multiple times and this time I got shorted on some damn fries!! I haven’t taken a bite of the fries that are in the picture. Does this look like a large to you?
Food missing from order thumb pushed through my sandwich disgusting.
Getting the order was quick and staff was friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking infront of restaurant .
the mcdonalds on poplar isn’t that great. they usually mess up orders, and they won’t do some substitutions that the one on summer will do. if you’re really craving mcdonalds and you don’t mind going a little out of your way, i’d recommend making the drive to summer. the service is much better, and the food is always hot there.
