It would seems as if the good employees run away from this establishment, one minute everything is going well and two weeks later. Blah....

If I could give this review 0 stars I will. The reason why this city here can never thrive is because of people’s attitudes and mentality. I literally just picked up a pick up order and the only professional person there was the young lady who was on headset. She has a hoodie on, very sweet. But the actual girl at the drive thru window with those huge lashes and that God awful nose piercing or whatever it’s suppose to be really bad the audacity to try me and then catch an attitude because of miscommunication about an item THEY were out of . I didn’t even make an issue about it. I don’t expect the same level of classism or professionalism at a McDonald’s as I would a 5 star restaurant, but one thing about it, no one is gonna disrespect me and then get sassy like the guest won’t do or say anything to them about their behavior. Jobs like that are typical stepping stones for greater opportunities in life no matter what your circumstance is. So do better and fix the nasty attitudes!

My daughter said her food was hot, fresh, and good. The manager was very nice and friendly considering the air was out and it was over 100 degrees in the city. No reason they should have been working in those conditions. McDonald's should be ashame!

Rudest drive thru attendant. Told to wait the second I pulled up. After obliging and waiting 10mins, she popped back on the speaker only to then get confused get right back off and then go to the speaker in the next lane. This car pulled up well after me, but patiently had his extensive order taken. When I tried to say hello and see if anyone was on my speaker I was told to wait again. After several minutes waiting when she finally came back I did patiently explain to her I was first and had been waiting much longer I was stopped short and was told she just clocked in. That’s where I decided my experience here was done. I attempted to call but no one answered the phone ringing for several minutes. Normally I’d let something like this go and just give my service somewhere else without complaint, but honestly … I used to freaking LOVE this location!! I used to sing their praises in the mornings watching them turn and burn cars in a drive thru like I’ve never seen. The staff was always so friendly and polite. But now I’ve made a couple visits to this location and find myself scratching my head wondering what happened?!? Hopefully they figure it out. But I probably won’t be going to this location again.

They were a little slow for it to be empty, but nevertheless the food was fresh nd hot!. The window cashiers were VERY NICE and surprisingly so. I would try this location again :-)

Hot fries!!!!

Fries was and want to be Manager attitude was ghetto/laughing because I couldn't get a refill on drink and she cut the machine off .
