I went to the McDonald's I go to almost every morning and they told me that they were having Technical difficulties which happens, but they couldn't help me. So I went to the next closest one at 6420 N. Wickham Dr. The Cross street I believe is Jordan Blass Dr. The manager Robert Haddix told me he was having the same issue. Then he told me that if I could wait 3 min he had figured out the problem and fixed it, which he did. This manager needs to be recognized for his work ethic and devotion to his store and making 100% sure his customers are happy. I had to write this because of how impressed I was with his performance and determination to customer satisfaction. McDonald's corporate or the store owner needs to be made aware of how great of a manager they have and I would've tried to steal him for our business but that's not right. Anyhow, Mr Haddix did so amazingly well with his professionalism and willingness to help, it had to be documented for his DM and or higher ups to know just how good of a manager they have.
