If you go here, do not use the McDonalds App. They screwed up my order and once I showed up to the window, they attempted to give me the wrong item and then directed me to a parking spot when they realized that. Their anager came out 10 minutes later to my saying they no longer had any record of my order and then it was back and forth 3-4 times over another 15-20 minutes. After I showed my order to her on the app, she told me I needed to reorder again because it was no longer in their system and that I would receive a refund the next day on the previous order as the “App” would recognize that my previous order was not fulfilled. Two weeks later and a complaint to their corporate and this store has been unresponsive to resolve my refund request.
I placed my order at the kiosk and was told to go to the counter to pay. I waited over 15 minutes. Literally. I started my time after around 10 minutes and it passed 9 minutes before an employee strolled up. I usually don't review fast food restaurants because they are so cookie cutter, but this place is terrible. Employees walked past me many times to take food out and never once asked if they could help or what I needed. Parking: Over half the spots are allocated to order ahead and drive thru.
Did not see any cashiers order by kiosk or drive thru
Food was and customer service was fire
The inside of this McDonald’s is really nice. I never have had any issues with staff or waiting more than 5 minutes for food (inside or drive thru)
