McDonald's

Forgot an extra beef patty I ordered for my daughter's happy meal and the fries were quite old and cold - disappointing based on the high prices, but that's what I get for going to McDonald's - considering their involvement in the deforestation of the rainforest in South America and their support of brutal genocide in Palestine by Israel Occupation Forces.

Hands down the best McDonalds in McAllen. It doesn't matter if you live in South or North or West or East McAllen, this McDonalds out-does them all.

4/13/24 Morning Shift Are Horrible! Honestly, pretty much all shifts... Employees at this location are typically high school teens that act like rude middle school delinquents, and the managers don't do anything to keep them in check. Items missing from order, food thrown in the bag barely wrapped, attitude from employees, and food looks gross.

Managers don’t do anything about verbal harassment. Girls quitting cause there’s someone there who knows the manager and won’t get fired.

Really impressed with their app.

My Parents are 81 and 74 years old. They require patience. They DO get that from other fast food places; specially Chick-fil-A. My Father is not one to complain but today he was sad he received very bad service. He said they were rude and would raise their voice to shout out instructions or questions. To to top it off, the coffee they got was very bland. They’ve had coffee from McDonald’s for years so they could tell it was bad.
