Always gets my order wrong

I went to the location on Erie ave in Massillon Ohio. I ordered a Big Mac meal no onion and a 2 cheese burger meal plain with extra cheese and a 4 pc nugget. First I paid for my meal and waited 20 min at the window, when I got my food … it wasn’t my order. I sent it back. They said they had to “remake” my order. I waited another 10 min and go my food. My Big Mac had no sauce on it. I took it back in and they added the sauce. When I went to eat my fries they were absolutely cold. The cheeseburgers cheese was not even melted. I feel for the length of time I waited for them to “remake” my food, it should’ve been hot.

Great location. Very busy crossroads. Very busy drive-thru. The truck parking is a hot mess if some loser driver doesn't care and just parks "wherever--" but this is not McDonald's fault. Sometimes the bathroom is normal; other times, I have literally turned on my heels and walked out because it was so repulsive. And sometimes you may witness "conversations," banter, and outright yelling -- which can be quite disconcerting of a legitimate and professional business....

This place is not safe to eat at food comes out cold service in at its worst

I went there Sunday night at 7pm through the drive through2cars in front of me .it took 30 mins to get my food.when I got home a mile and a half away my food was cold and old. I drove back to the store.and to wait to get a manager who just said we was busy. That's funny because when u are busy you usual have to make the food to order. I will never eat there .I work at a restaurant.and we do all we can to please the customers.Jesse offered to remake the same food but they was still busy so it probably would have been gross again. What was really funny was the got a reward for speed of service if that was fast I hate to see busy.also u might have got your people waited on faster if your crew wasn't in the back ignoring.
