Alot of new people really trying

Micky ds is not what it once was. Sorry to have to share that with you. Much improvement in quality is needed. Not much for the money.

All I wanted was a Big Mac and 10pc. Nuggets with drink. I go on drive-thru with just 2 vehicles in front. Pay go to next window, get drink and wait...and wait...then told to move forward and they get the food out to me. Now I wait and wait wait even longer. By this time, I counted 5 vehicles served and thought they forgot about my order. I head inside and 3 customers are helped and served and I still don't have my order. Finally the young man was making his way out with my burger and Nuggets. I was driving through from Oklahoma City to New Jersey since 5am and this just added a whole lot of time to my travel. It was just a simple burger and chicken..didnt even ask for sauce.

As an OTR driver this place is convenient. For years I would stop breakfast, lunch or dinner the service was Always food and the orders were always correct. The last 4 times I had stopped here, the food was either cold or incorrect order. Well today 10/15/22 order # 616 was wrong. That's enough, if your people don't know the difference between 1 & 2 patties, give it up. Good luck.

Took to long at drvietho..and cold fries and cold bugers..for it to be lunch time.
