I pulled up to the restaurant at 6:15 and the dining room was not open despite saying it opened at 6 am. We had to go through the drive-thru and I have to say, the person who took our order was so extremely rude When my brother began speaking, with a very loud and clear voice, she yelled at him that she couldn't hear him so he had to practically scream our order. She asked, " is that all" after every item and then before we were even through ordering, she cut us off and said pull to the second window. Pulled up to the window and it was a manager, named possibly Niyah or Miyah. I couldn't read her name on her tag well. I don't understand what has happened to our customer service skills these days. People are so incredibly rude and I don't want to go back there again. Maybe she was having a bad day. I hope this isn't the example of leadership she is teaching her employees.
