I am a frequent flyer at the McDonald's around here in Mansfield they have all made a mistake it two but have always made it rite I can't complain And kudos to the kid who hooked up the large hand full of ketchup for my colleague she really needed that to happen got a good laugh out of it thanks guys

I'm not a McDonald's fan, I do go for a Mocha once in awhile. Only two employees, out of all these Donald's around are friendly. I've never seen or heard so much hate towards customers. The Rudest staff, and that includes mgrs. I travel so only going to these establishments where I know the employees makes a good visit. But if they are not there, I leave. McDonald's has the 5⭐ on worst employees. Not to mention check your orders and drinks. I ordered a mocha, got a hot coffee. Shame. So to the two employees at Bellville, than you for great service. Over all McDonald's, horrible.

The usual go to place for good food and good service times. Kid-friendliness: All kids love McDonald's

Worst service possible...dumped all fries in the bag didnt give me the fry i paid for and didnt make my drinks right. Just ridiculous kids workings there..not worth it

Worst McDonalds EVER! No matter what you order, you will be pulling into a parking spot or along the sidewalk to wait 5-20 minutes for your food. This happens no matter what time of the day! Then just hope you receive the correct food! Needs to work on management of the team! Also, clean the restaurant- dining room is always disgusting! In the end it’s all about management!
