Clean and efficient. Friendly staff. Background music is very nice. I've never been to a McDonald's like this one.

Smaller size restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA. I went for the breakfast special, only had 1 to choose from . Cashier didn't know so ,he asked Parking lot was small, space are tight. Ok , but not planning on going back

Give me 2-day EXPIRED milk in a kids Happy Meal

I was offered a buy one sandwich, get one for a dollar a d was charged full price. I complained and a very rude manager told me that he did not make me that offer and that the offer no longer exists. I told him that one of his staff offered it to me and common courtesy would dictate that the offer would be honored. The manager kept repeating to me that he did not make me the offer and that there was nothing that he could do for me. I asked him what ever happened to customer hospitality and good relations and that the customer was always right? He raised his voice to me and again told me that the offer no longer exists. I told him that I would be making g a complaint and he said go right ahead. Bottom line...this McDonald's could care less about proper training and customer relations. I will not be coming back to this location. Mark my word! One more thing. The quarter pounder that I was served was ice cold.
