Good luck getting your food. Wait times of 30/45+ minutes for curbside and still waiting for food. Their staff have no clue what they’re doing while 20+ people wait inside for mobile, door dash and dine in orders. Not even during lunch rush either.

Very incompetent. Waited 30+ minutes with half of our order being incorrect! Staff are clueless and rude and don’t know the difference between regular and diet Dr. Pepper. Your better off going to other locations without these issues.

Totally surprised to find out not only do they not have a changing table in the men's room, they don't have one in the women's room either.

I’ve never left a review before but this place definitely deserves one. Waited 30 minutes for an apple pie after being told it would be a 4 minute wait.

Welcome to the McDonald’s nightmare. When you walk in the restaurant, the floors are so slick that you had better be very careful, even after mopping it turned into an ice hockey rink. Then when you place your order get ready to be in the twilight zone. The constant beeping of the fry station with the fries no one dumping fry’s or resetting timers. Just hanging there out of the grease for longer than 10 minutes, and then dumped into the pot with no salt. Then your food will sit on a tray while the manager is texting on his phone. Then the general manager will come out of the bathroom yelling at another employee about the last customer is so mad he was going to come back and shoot up the place. After a long wait, the fries are cold and there’s no refill station for drinks. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. I’ll place a bet that this will be the first McDonald’s to close in this area

Incompetent. Cant figure out how to turn off mobile orders when they aren't open. So the app takes the order, takes your money... but when you show up to get your order at 10am they tell you they are only serving lunch due to opening late. What? Completely Incompetent. So its now on me to monitor my bank account to ensure I get reimbursed because they are too stupid to turn off the mobile orders when they had an issue opening. It happens... but seriously, get some retraining.
