Girl with purple/pink hair made me wait 10 mins for a large soda and when she finally greeted me all i got was a "yes?" As if i was such an inconvenience for her job. I told her i want a large drink and she handed me my cup and receipt in the same hand and i didnt need a receipt for a $1 order so i just took my cup and go to fill it up and she yells across the store "WOAHHHHH you arent allowed in here anymore" now i didnt ever plan to come back anyways this was my first time at this location(not the best first impression) but god damn does that rude worker need an attitude check. Its the "you arent allowed in here anymore" because i didnt want my receipt, for me girl bye.

Manager was nice enough to offer a free meal if I came back, but I had places to be. Pulled up into the drive through waited for the person in the other lane to finish their order once they were done I waited for mine to get taken, but instead another car pulled up into the other lane got their order taken so waited again they finished their order and once again waited for my order to get taken, still didn’t happen so I pulled off and then called, now because I had somewhere to be I told the manager no I will not come back to get my order taken or the free meal and his response to that was well what do you want done then? How about you doing your job and making sure employees are doing their jobs like seriously sitting in a drive through for 6-10 mins waiting to get my order taken and it couldn’t but I could watch the car that was there before me get theirs taken and another car who pulled up after me get theirs taken and then listen to the employee continue his conversation with another employee instead of doing his job
