McDonald's

We had a birthday gathering here recently. I called 10 times in advance various days before but no one ever answered. We showed up and they actually did a great job. Not something you say about McDonald's employees anymore but they even came out to check on everyone. Great time for the kids.

22 minutes for 2 happy meals and a Diet Coke

This place is a daycare at best. If I could give negative stars, I would. We decided to go in the lobby after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru to order. When we went in, we saw the place a wreck, employees being loud, on their phones, an employee threw a tantrum and stormed off with the manager and another employee following him. After 10 minutes, they all decided to come back to work again. It took 22 minutes to get 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 10 nuggets. The shakes were the only thing that was tasty. The burgers were raw, the buns stale and cold, no sauce on the Big Mac. On top of all of that, an employee kept complaining about having to work and kept calling his manager " bro," even though the manager on duty was a lady....This place is by far the worst McDonald's with the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Go to Wendy's, Waffle House, IHOP, the next exit. ..Just don't go to this McDonald's.

Went through the drive through and ordered a sausage mcmuffin and a diet coke. Waited for 5 minutes and was told to pull into slot 4. Waited there for 10 more minutes and nothing. Went in and asked for my food or a refund and they piddled around and looked at my receipt for a minute and yelled back that they needed the mcmuffin. Waited another minute oand told them to forget about it I have to. go to work and left, no food or refund. There were about 4 other cars in the same situation. The place wasn't busy so I have no ideah what their problem is.

I come to this place for breakfast and some of it’s missing I don’t do DoorDash and it’s gone they don’t do the whole order only half and they just did it today they forgot some of my food this place is bad and the food is cold

Not clean. Workers were not helpful. We will not go there.

I asked for fresh fries. Didnt get any back talk or attitude. Got my food and the fries were fresh. 10/10
