Den of thieves I called at 1:53 am and asked if they were “doordash only” since that’s happened several times now. I was told that they weren’t and I was good to order. Pulled up less than ten minutes later to be told “doordash only” & was hung up on when calling to ensure I was refunded. The ‘get help’ section is a joke that says to contact the store for a refund. They literally hung up on me when inquiring on that so I wouldn’t risk coming here and being stolen from. Awful customer service, I’ve been in this industry for over 10 years and would never dream of treating someone that way.

USUALLY MCDONALD'S IS MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN YOU GO AND THINGS ARE NOT QUITE RIGHT THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE I ALWAYS ASK FOR MY FOOD TO BE MADE TO ORDER SO IT COULD BE PIPING HOT BECAUSE OTHERWISE IT DOESN'T TASTE GOOD TO ME I LIKE MY FOOD HOT SO THIS TIME ME AND MY NEPHEW WITH AND THE FOOD WASN'T HOT LUKEWARM FAST FOOD IS NOT GOOD THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW RARE TIMES I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT MCDONALD'S AS WHEN MY FOOD IS NOT HOT EVERYTHING FROM THE SANDWICHES FRENCH FRIES APPLE PIES EXCETERA EXCETERA

Steak bagel was missing the sauce & onions, and the bagel was very, very old and stale. It was also only slightly warm. I've had issues with this store in the past but thought I'd give it another try. No more, I'll drive however far I have to in order to avoid this place.

Typical, still have the best fries for fast food will always go there for the fries

The people here have bad attitudes, and they have given me food with stale bread. If you're going to charge a lot of money, the food and the service should be good. I will not go back to this mcdonald's again.

Scam, beware. Usually okay, but if you use the mobile app they charge you more for items than if you ordered them at the store. It's way more expensive than the Mc.D by CJ if you're using the app, so watch out. Which doesn't make sense.

Never heard of door dash only. Do people want to work in 2024?

Our take out hamburger was just a bun and cheese.....
