I just left this McDonalds. For one, I was in drive thru trying to place my order, nobody never said anything so I pulled up to the window after waiting in line for damn near 30 minutes. I got to the second window to try and place my order, the girl looked at me like I was crazy. I told her I waited to place my order but no one never said anything. She turned and walked away, no response to me at all. Then she stated taking orders from other cars that was behind me and after taking about 3 orders, she came to the window and said the manager said she can’t take orders at the window. This is ridiculous. I didn’t know the speaker was even working. I will never go there again and I live in Daphne. Never again- worse McDonalds ever

Why has the corporate McDonald's not intervened with this place. Hour long waits in drive through. Clearly from the reviews, this is a problem. Close the doors or fix the problem.

Friendly drive-thru service and accurate order. The drive-thru set-up is a bit peculiar ... you order, pay at the second drive-thru window, then pull around to the front of the restaurant and wait for someone to walk out your order ... why not have the order paid for at the first drive-thru window and fulfill the order at the second drive- thru window like most other McDonald's restaurants? The line of cars at the front entrance causes congestion and can be challenging to navigate for larger vehicles.

Just waited 25 minutes for this "fast" food for two people on a Sunday afternoon at 3:30.

The black employees made very racist remarks while me and my girlfriend was there. There will be a report filed about this I'm tired of being treated badly because I'm white.

Dear McDonalds, please close this place. This is the worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds. The only way it makes money is by idiot tourists off the interstate. And they dont know any better until they are miles down the road and its not worth turning around. Please please please.
